Welcome to Harmony & Co. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Ordering

When you place an order you're making an offer to buy the items in your bag. We'll confirm by email once we accept it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, if there's an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.
• We may correct any pricing errors even after an order is placed; if we do, we'll let you know and give you the choice to continue or cancel.

Shipping

We pour, pack, and post within two business days. Complimentary shipping is included on orders over $75; a flat rate applies below that and is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier takes possession of your order. We're not responsible for carrier delays.

Returns & refunds

We want you to love your candle. If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of delivery at harmony.e.company@gmail.com.

• Unused candles in their original condition may be returned within 14 days for a refund of the item price.
• For safety and hygiene, used or partially burned candles can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
• If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and we'll replace or refund it right away.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or we made an error.

Product & color

Every candle is hand-poured in small batches, so slight variations in color, texture, and scent throw are natural and part of the craft. Colors on your screen may differ slightly from the finished product.

Safe use of candles

Candles are an open flame and must be used responsibly. By purchasing, you agree to follow the safety guidance in our Candle Care & Burn Guide, including trimming the wick, never leaving a lit candle unattended, and keeping it away from children, pets, and flammable materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harmony & Co is not liable for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by Harmony & Co and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

Our products and site are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here, with the date above, is the one that applies to your order.
